We recently integrated Vianova Connect into our existing system. The ordering process online was straightforward, and a sales rep contacted us within a day to finalize the details. Delivery of the necessary hardware components took 5 business days to reach our office in Milan, which was as promised. Installation was handled by our IT team, and they found the documentation provided by Vianova clear and helpful. We did have one small technical query during the initial configuration, and contacted their support line. The claim of 'assistance in 8 seconds' proved to be mostly true; we were connected to a technician within about 15 seconds. The technician was knowledgeable and resolved our issue quickly. The Vianova Connect service itself has been very stable, providing a secure and fast connection for our remote workers. We haven't explored the Vianova Security features yet, but the core connectivity is performing as expected. The pricing was competitive for the features offered, especially compared to what we were paying our previous provider.
Good for cloud, some speed bumps
We decided to move our operations to Vianova Cloud a few months ago. The cloud service itself is robust and we've had no downtime, which is crucial for us. The initial setup process was a bit slower than I expected, took about 10 days to get everything migrated properly, even with their support. Also, Vianova Mail works well, but the interface could use a refresh; it feels a little dated compared to other business email platforms. Overall, a solid choice for business, but they could improve on initial onboarding speed and UI modernizations.
